How do I provide my prescription for eyeglasses?
You can upload a photo of your prescription during the checkout process, or email it to our customer support team along with your order number. If you're unsure, our opticians are available for consultation.
What is your return policy for prescription lenses?
While frames can be returned within 14 days, custom-made prescription lenses are non-refundable. However, we offer a 30-day 'Prescription Accuracy Guarantee' to ensure your vision is perfect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping for frames and sunglasses takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to precision-craft your lenses.
Are the products sold on Dayal Opticals authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry. Every pair of eyewear comes with the original manufacturer's packaging, case, and a certificate of authenticity where applicable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most major countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at the checkout page.
