  Ensure the eyewear is placed in its original branded case with all accompanying cloths, certificates of authenticity, and tags intact.

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package securely.

  Refund Processing

  After our specialists verify the quality of the returned frames or lenses, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
